Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven executive leader for the position of Head of Center for Executive Development and Continuing Education to drive commercial expansion and revenue growth through high-impact training, executive programs, and consulting services locally and internationally.
Role Objective: transform the center into a leading commercial and educational hub that achieves financial sustainability and scalable revenue growth by addressing labor market demands and securing high-value institutional partnerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development & Sales Expansion: Formulate and execute robust B2B and B2G sales
and marketing strategies across local, regional, and international markets.
- Program Monetization & Innovation: Design and launch high-margin executive diplomas,
customized corporate training, and market-driven professional certifications.
- Advisory & Consulting Growth: Lead professional consulting offerings for the public and private
sectors to establish diversified revenue streams.
- Strategic International Partnerships: Secure alliances with global accrediting bodies to deliver
co-branded programs with premium market positioning.
- P&L & Financial Management: Drive annual revenue targets, oversee competitive pricing
strategies, and optimize operational profitability.
- Strategic Leadership & Institutional Alignment: Provide strategic leadership and develop and
implement a three-year roadmap for the Centre, aligned with the University’s vision, mission,
strategic priorities, and market needs.
- Program Quality, Faculty Development & Employability: Lead the development and continuous improvement of training and executive education programs; support faculty and professional development initiatives; and collaborate with academic departments, Quality Assurance, Career Services, and external stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes, professional competencies, internships, and employability.
- Quality, Compliance & Partnerships: Ensure the Centre’s programs and activities comply with CAA requirements and relevant international benchmarks, while developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with industry, professional organizations, and other external stakeholders.
- Operations, Resources & Performance Management: Oversee the Centre’s operations, budget, resources, staff, and performance evaluation; establish efficient administrative processes for the delivery and documentation of programs and activities; and support the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.

- Report to: Vice President
- Subordinates: Center Staff.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience directly related to the tasks and duties specified.
